Daniel Jackman, CMA is the business partner of professional speaker Brenda Bence, CSP and is responsible for running the “back-office” of their business which celebrated 20-years in April this year. Prior to working in their company, he had a broad experience in Finance and Administration in a variety of MNC and entrepreneurial ventures. Daniel holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business (University of Chicago) and also currently sits on two Boards: MVCI AP Advisory Board (3 years) and Doane University (16 years).

Uma Rudd Chia. Uma has worked for both local and international agencies in Singapore as an executive creative director and a creative problem solver with over a decade of experience in integrated advertising, marketing, and digital innovation. She's experienced in leading teams to strategise, create and execute through-the-line and digital concepts for various local, regional, and global brands, specialising in FMCG, lifestyle, and beauty.
Her passion for theology, background in journalism, and years in advertising make her a natural researcher of creative content, a lover of people, and a motivator of teams. She's a fearless explorer of concepts and new ideas and enjoys navigating new challenges, especially in digital media. She's got an M.A. in Digital Media Management from Hyper Island.
