APSS Mentorship Program

Hi APSS Members,

The APSS Amplify Growth Mentorship Programme is concluding Cycle 1 (1 February – 30 June 2026), marking a year of significant growth in mentor participation, mentee engagement, and the introduction of an AI-assisted matching system built on the 8 Seasons of Amplify Growth framework.

As APSS transitions to new leadership at the upcoming AGM on 28th July 2026, the Mentorship Programme will be guided by an incoming Mentorship Lead.

While we had intended a fast start for the incoming team and extending the mentorship for the year, it would be a great opportunity for the incoming lead to have a refreshed vision and direction.

To support this evolution, Cycle 2 (1 July – 30 November 2026) is currently paused while the new programme is being shaped.

Mentors who have already registered for Cycle 2 have been contacted directly, and their commitment will be carried forward and prioritised when the next programme opens for registration.

We thank our mentors, mentees, sub-committee, and the wider APSS community for an outstanding year of mentorship.

Details of the next chapter will be announced here in due course by the new lead.
