Your voice and your body are the tools you use every time you speak. This full-day workshop helps you speak clearly, stand with confidence, and hold the attention of any room.

What you will learn

Breathe well and project your voice so everyone can hear you, with or without a mic
Use pace, pauses and tone to make your points land
Cut out filler words like "um" and "you know"
Stand still with purpose, move with intent and use gestures that match your message
Hold eye contact and connect with every part of the room
Warm up your voice and build your own pre-stage routine

How you are assessed
Live Performance Review. You give a 20 minute talk in front of a small audience, live or recorded. It is scored on voice, presence and gesture. To pass, you need at least 3 out of 5 on every area.

What your fee covers

A full day of live training (7 hours of learning) with a Certified Speaking Professional
Your first assessment, marked by a second CSP
5 CPD points when you pass

Fees are the 2026 to 2027 rate. No GST is added.

About the APSS core modules
