  Your voice and your body are the tools you use every time you speak. This full-day workshop helps you speak clearly, stand with confidence, and hold the attention of any room.

  
  

  What you will learn

  • Breathe well and project your voice so everyone can hear you, with or without a mic
  • Use pace, pauses and tone to make your points land
  • Cut out filler words like "um" and "you know"
  • Stand still with purpose, move with intent and use gestures that match your message
  • Hold eye contact and connect with every part of the room
  • Warm up your voice and build your own pre-stage routine

  
  

  How you are assessed
  Live Performance Review. You give a 20 minute talk in front of a small audience, live or recorded. It is scored on voice, presence and gesture. To pass, you need at least 3 out of 5 on every area.

  What you will learn

  • Present a professional image for stage and camera
  • Be clear on the change you create for your audience and what makes you different
  • Write your bio in three lengths: 50, 150 and 300 words
  • Build a one-sheet that sells your talks
  • Plan your speaker website, showreel and photos
  • Name and frame two or three signature talks

  • Know when and how to tell people you used AI
  • Treat fellow speakers fairly and handle conflicts of interest
  • Know what to do if a standard is broken

  How you are assessed

  Ethics Knowledge Check and Scenario Response. You answer 15 questions (pass mark 80%) and write 200 words on one real life situation, naming the issue, the principle and what you would do.
